While exhaling, open your hands to both sides. At the same time, turn your upper body to the right and twist the muscles of your waist, abdomen and back. But be careful, when doing the action, your feet should be stationary and only your upper body should be rotated. Then, while inhaling, turn your body back to the front and straighten your hands above your head.

Action 2:

While exhaling, open your hands to both sides and turn your upper body to the right to once again stretch the muscles of your waist, abdomen and back. Open your hands as much as possible and consciously feel the muscle stretch in your back. Do the action slowly, stretch your body, and repeat this action 5 times on each side.

Action Three:

While exhaling, turn your upper body to the right, and at the same time pull your right elbow forcefully toward the back of your body. However, the elbow should be flush with the arm and cannot fall downward, thereby consciously pulling the shoulder blade straight back. Then, while inhaling, return your body to a forward-facing position and straighten your hands forward again.

Action 4:

While exhaling, rotate your upper body to the left side of your body, and pull your left elbow forcefully toward the back of your body. It is best to stretch until your abdomen becomes flat. Then slowly pull your elbows as far back as possible, and repeat this action 5 times on each side.
