9 principles of diet

1. It is better to eat small things first when you are hungry than to endure hunger; 2. Replace staple foods with coarse foods;

3. Try to keep the taste as light as possible and add less salt, soy sauce, tomato sauce and other seasonings;

4. Drink soup or boiled water first and then start eating your favorite food;

5. Choose foods that require more effort; 6. Chew at least 10-20 times before swallowing;

7. Never eat again after you are eighty full; 8. Avoid eating snacks;

9. Eat a good breakfast, a full lunch and a small dinner.
