Purify your diet
The first step to losing fat is to reduce your intake of sugars and saturated fatty acids and replace them with some whole-nutrient foods.
Solid food intake should include vegetables, fruits, lean meats, low-fat dairy products, eggs, and nuts. For carbohydrates, choose foods that are slowly absorbed, such as sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice, etc.
You should also gradually eliminate some processed foods, especially those containing refined white flour, refined sugar, and hydrogenated oils.
