When we eat some fitness recipes, we put too much emphasis on low fat content, but we pay little attention to other elements in some low-fat meals. In fact, protein is an essential element in fitness and weight loss. Eating more can help us lose weight and build muscle. So today we will introduce some protein weight loss recipes, let’s check them out together!
1. Tomato Chicken Breast Bagel Burger
Ingredients:
100g black pepper chicken breast, one tomato, appropriate amount of lettuce, 50g lactone tofu, 3-5 cherry tomatoes, 1 black pepper, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of black pepper, one egg, 50g milk, a small amount of butter block
Cooking steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients, muscle-tear ready-to-eat black pepper chicken breasts. If you don’t have ready-to-eat chicken breasts, you can use fresh chicken breasts to cook or roast them in the oven and slice them.
2. Cut the tomatoes with a cross cutter, blanch them in boiling water and peel them. After baking in the oven, cut the bagels in half, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and cut the blackberries in half.
3. Make a paste of peeled tomatoes, lactone tofu, and black pepper, put it in a non-stick pan to evaporate the water, cook the tomato tofu until it becomes sticky, and scoop it out. After it cools, touch it on the bagel.
4. Fry a single-sided egg in a non-stick pan. If you don’t like one-sided egg, you can fry it with double-sided egg.
